ضمن خطة ديوان المحاسبة الاستراتيجية التي تهدف في أحد محاورها بناء القدرات لكوادره، نظم ديوان المحاسبة ورشة تدريبيه بالتعاون مع مؤسسة آدم سميث الدولية تستهدف الإدارة المتوسطة.

واشتملت الورشة التي شارك فيها خمسة عشر موظفاً على عدة مواضيع تمحورت حول كيفية بناء فرق فعّالة للإدارة، وتزويد الموظفين بمهارات لتحمل ضغوط العمل، وكذلك تزويدهم بمهارات الاتصال الفعّالة، وغيرها من المفاهيم التي تساهم في رفع الأداء.

The Audit Bureau held a training workshop for its employees on "Middle Management" in collaboration with the Adam Smith International funded by the UK, this initiative is part of the Bureau’s strategy aimed at building the capacities of its staff, covering the following key topics: Introduce effective team building through the various areas of management and leadership, Provide participants with the opportunity to learn about stress management and to understand the importance of strong communication skills.
